Material:

– 1 delicious chicken
– Lemon, chili, laksa leaves

Making:

Step 1: Prepare the chicken
After the chicken is slaughtered, wash it. Head and legs whole or cut, use your hands to break the chicken thighs apart for easy grilling and even cooking.

Step 2: Make chicken marinade
– The chili salt marinated outside the chicken: 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of MSG, a little sugar, a few crushed chili peppers and mix well.
– Marinated chicken inside: 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon MSG, 1 teaspoon five spices, ½ tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 cashew oil, minced garlic and onions, little Put everything in a mixing bowl.

Step 3: Marinate the chicken
– Apply a thin layer of lemon juice on the outside of the chicken skin, then a little cashew color, and finally, the salt and pepper mixture that has been mixed above also apply evenly.

– Marinate chicken for 1 hour.

Step 4: Bake the chicken
– Preheat the water for a few minutes and then put the chicken in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes. Note, depending on the oven, you can adjust the temperature and time accordingly. During the baking process, turn the chicken over until evenly cooked.

Step 5: Make the dipping sauce
Wait for the chicken to cook, then make the dipping sauce. You can make two types of dipping sauces below:
– Fish sauce: 2 tablespoons of sugar, a little chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, put in the pot to boil gently, and then let it cool. When eating, add chili.
– Green chili salt: Sugar, green chili, salt, lime juice, a little lemon leaves in the blender, puree, and then add spices to taste.
